Emily Hsu

Emily Hsu
Emily began her Ph.D. journey when the COVID-19 pandemic was at its peak. During this time, her observations and experiences impressed upon her the paramount importance of examining individuals at work as emotional beings embedded within a network of relationships and, critically, within a dynamic, rapidly changing world. Emily’s research thus strives to investigate the following three streams in an interrelated, complementary fashion: emotions and the sociality of human experience, interpersonal relationships and dynamics, and the changing world of work.
