Hannah Birnbaum


Hannah received her PhD from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Her research examines how people perceive and evaluate individuals and organizations, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. She studies what shapes these perceptions and how they influence behavior and policy support.
