Richard Nemanick
Rik has been coaching and consulting on leadership development since 1997. He helps his clients develop their executive talent through leadership assessment, executive coaching, executive education, and mentoring programs. He has worked with clients of all sizes, from Fortune 500 companies to small firms, across industries which include aerospace, agriculture, construction, distribution, manufacturing, law, accounting, and healthcare.
Rik is the author of the book "The Mentor’s Way", which is the culmination of over 20 years of mentoring training and consulting. He is a member of the St. Louis-Lambert International Airport Commission, and has served on boards for Chaminade College Preparatory, St. Margaret of Scotland School, and others. Rik holds a doctorate in organizational psychology from Saint Louis University and is an ICF Associate Certified Coach.
