Yoni Danieli
Yoni Danieli is an Adjunct Lecturer in Negotiations and Leading Change at the Olin School of Business, Washington University in St. Louis. His course on Negotiations focuses on improving one’s ability to analyze and conduct negotiations in a variety of different settings, and finding optimal outcomes for both parties. His course on Leading Change focuses on understanding the dynamics behind personal change, along with promoting change in others.
Yoni is the Founder and Lead Consultant at Three Stripes Advisors, LLC; a boutique M&A advisory firm focused on the Middle Market. Yoni supports buy-side clients looking to grow through acquisition, along with post-close integration and value creation; in addition to sell-side clients partnering with owners on the sale process.
Prior to his current position, Yoni was the Chief Commercialization Officer at ADB Companies, a national turnkey provider of utility infrastructure services, leading Strategy, Marketing, Business Development and all Mergers and Acquisition activities from origination and valuation through due diligence and post-close integration; a Senior Consultant at Collaborative Strategies, Inc., a St. Louis-based management consulting firm; and a Regional Operations Director at DaVita Dialysis, a Fortune 500 provider of outpatient dialysis services.
He earned his B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Yoni’s outside interests include quality time with family, watching NBA games with his two basketball-crazy sons, woodworking, DIY projects at home and travel.
