Gender representation in leadership yields more creative and innovative teams with enhanced problem-solving capabilities, ultimately leading to success. The Women’s Leadership Program exists to sustain this impact and mobilize resources to support the growth and development of women leaders.

Through six thought-provoking day-long sessions, the Women’s Leadership Program will equip participants with a clear understanding of the unique value gender representation affords an organization, as well as a comprehensive strategy for moving forward. Sessions are comprised of a thoughtful mix of lectures, case studies, breakout discussions, guest speakers, and role-play exercises.
